If you visit the Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts for the first time we would like to inform you that the full amount of your booking will have to be paid at check in, unless you have made a down payment.
Terms of Cancellation:
The reservation is guaranteed for you with completion of this booking. A booking change is possible.
In the event of a complete cancellation we charge the following fees:
• Until 3 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
• 2 days or less prior to arrival: 80% of the total price of the booking
In the event of no show or early departure we charge: 80% of the total price of your booking.
